Applications to sit for the 2026 ACT Exam are due December 1, 2025

Deadlines to note:

• Alternate and Graduate Degree Route requests for registration  – January 31
• Credentials packet submission – December 1
• Credentials packet submission (Re-application) – December 1
• Submission of fee for credentials application or re-application – December 1
• Submission of fee for sitting the exam – April 15

• Photocopy of diploma, certificate or license
• A half-page personal biography
• Confidentiality Agreement (updated 9/8/2021)

• General Self Assessment Form  (General Assessment Form - pdf version)
• Transcript of graduate studies (if applicable) 

Additional Items

• Training Advisor Letter (Progress or completion letter from the applicant's training advisor) 
• Reference Letters (Letters of referral from two ACT Diplomates other than your advisor). References will receive a link to upload their letters once the application is submitted.
  

Application and Payment

Credentials packet submission and application or re-application fees are due December 1 and must be submitted through the online application system.
